12 Goodnature Possum traps were donated to BHMET by Ross Ramsey of the Southland Institute of Technology Environmental Management program. Estelle and Peter Leask installed these traps in hard to access areas on Bluff Hill. Just six days later, Estelle found that a dead possum underneath one of the traps. These traps are self-resetting, small, safe and easy to install. Maintenance is so easy you don’t even get your hands dirty. The lure formulate contains no toxins so there’s no rick of non-target species poisoning. Goodnature traps are very humane; they kill the possum instantly and have met the highest humane standards in independent testing.
